Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays, orders can experience delays in processing.

If invalid information is provided, order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. All shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and USA holidays.

Note: Alpha Horse is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within guaranteed shipping times.

Delivery Time

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays and are estimates only.

Alpha Horse is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

Package Handling

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary delivery service. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages.

Note: International shipping may take 4-6 weeks, in severe cases up to 8-12 weeks. Additional fees may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible.

If an order is already shipped, customers must either:

  • Refuse the package and notify support immediately
  • Return the package with a valid tracking number

Address and Delivery Disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.

If a tracking number confirms delivery, Alpha Horse cannot offer refunds for undelivered items.

Returns

All bottles must be returned within 60 days of the original order date to our fulfillment center:
